The Spring Traps Approval (Scotland) amendment order 2018

BPCA can confirm that the Spring Traps Approval (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018 laid before the Scottish Parliament is now in force as of 3 January 2019.

In summary, the following spring traps have been removed from the STAO:

  • Fenn Vermin Trap Mk I
  • Fenn Vermin Trap Mark II
  • Fenn Vermin Trap Mark III (Imbra, Juby, Lloyd, Sawyer).

Copies of the order will be circulated and discussed at the BPCA Edinburgh Regional Forum which is free to attend.
