Simon Ayers MBE, Chief Executive Officer of TrustMark, says: “I would like to warmly welcome Charlotte to TrustMark.

"The addition of a COO strengthens our leadership team, ensuring we are well-positioned to guide the business through the next stage of growth, reinforcing our focus on driving improvements in the property and home improvement sector to consistently deliver quality work with effective consumer protection.

"I’m very much looking forward to working alongside Charlotte to achieve TrustMark’s goals.”

Charlotte says: “I am excited to be joining Trustmark as COO, bringing a strong operational background and a passion for driving transformation.
