How do we keep our clients satisfied using non-lethal bird management options? How have changes to general licenses impacted the services we can offer?
Join us for a BPCA discussion group on non-lethal bird management and control options for pest professionals.
Contribute and share your thoughts and tips on non-lethal bird control in this private event exclusively for BPCA member company employees.
This session is strictly limited to 25 places.
What we might talk about:
- How to meet client expectations using non-lethal control?
- What are the most effective techniques for bird management?
- How do we document our non-lethal treatments?
- What difficulties do we have with current licences?
- How do we communicate the legal protection of birds to clients?
Plus anything else you’d like to talk about!
The group in attendance will decide the actual discussion points.
FORMAT
A BPCA Member Huddle is a networking event - NOT a webinar. Hosted on Zoom, this all digital-meeting aims to connect like-minded companies and share ideas.
Unlike webinars, your video and microphone will be on during the Member Huddles. You’ll be expected to share your experiences and contribute to the group chat.
Participants will get one CPD point if they’re on BPCA Registered and TBC points if they’re on Basis Prompt.
HELD UNDER CHATHAM HOUSE RULE
All member huddles are held under the Chatham House rule. When a meeting is held under the Chatham House rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers, nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
FACILITATOR
This session will be led by BPCA Technical Officer, Natalie Bungay, who will give a short 10-minute presentation to get the conversation started.
