  • Understand the types of discrimination, including direct, indirect, harassment and victimisation
  • Know how to treat others with respect and offer everyone fair access to opportunities.

There is a multiple-choice assessment at the end of this online learning course.

Upon completing this online course, a BPCA certificate of completion will be available to print online.
