This programme considers what you are saying to your customers about your brand. You will look at how to sell indirectly and directly so that you can decide where you need to concentrate your efforts for the future.

During the Sales Skills programme, you will learn:

5. How can we achieve sales indirectly?
6. How do we sell using direct techniques?
7. What's the plan?

This programme is suitable for everyone who wishes to review the way they sell in today's market.

Classroom programme

This is a one day, classroom based course.

9.00 am for coffee, 9.30 am start, 4.30 pm finish.
