We are currently recruiting an Assistant Service Administrator to join our busy Service Team in Glasgow - West End.


  • Experience in a Service Administrator Role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literacy, MS Office suite to include Excel.
  • Experience in using Sage Line50 accounts.
  • Must be confident to communicate with Clients/customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • High level of accuracy
  • Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
  • Ability to work within a close team environment

The Purpose of the role

  • To provide administrative assistance to our busy service office.
  • To provide excellent customer service to customers by providing accurate and timely information.
  • a large part of this role will be understanding and managing customer's expectations whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones, directing calls and dealing with queries.
  • Supporting the service team by logging calls and arranging appointments and Typing of Quotes
  • General admin/adhoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
