The Role
As part of the senior Leadership team and you’ll play a key role supporting our national network of franchisees with technical and general business support.
Your focus will be helping them deliver exceptional pest control service, maintain the highest professional standards, and grow successful businesses of their own.
You’ll be the person franchisees turn to for technical guidance, business advice, and support when they need it most.
You’ll also help maintain strong relationships with our national account customers, ensuring the Pestforce network continues to deliver reliable, professional service across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business supportto franchisees via phone, video and occasional site visits
- Train and mentor new franchisees, particularly during their first critical months in the network
- Help maintain and develop technical training sessions and standards across the network
- Support franchisees in maintaining strong service delivery and healthy margins on national accounts
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with national account clients
- Develop a network of trusted regional partnersto support service delivery where required
- Help organise and support the Pestforce Annual Conference, bringing the network together
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by the strength and confidence of our network, including:
- Positive feedback from franchisees — especially new starters
- Consistent professional standards across the network
- Strong relationships with national account customers
- No national accounts lost due to service delivery or standards
In short: our franchisees succeed, our customers stay happy, and the Pestforce reputation continues to grow.

Technical knowledge in pest control is important. You’ll need to be credible when supporting and training experienced professionals.
But just as important is who you are as a person.
