BPCA Member Support Officer & Technical Support Officer (two vacancies)

Location: Field based with extensive UK travel

Salary: £28,000 to £28,000

Job Overview

These are two new posts and will provide support and guidance to BPCA's members to ensure membership compliance and expand the membership and technical support team.

Description

The postholders will provide support to BPCA members on a daily basis and be expected to produce trend analysis and recommendations on a monthly basis.

The Member Support Officer will drive membership recruitment and retention and evaluate the effectiveness of member benefits.

The Technical Support Officer will provide technical support and drive membership engagement through regular interactions, physically and digitally, as well as identifying training needs and developing and delivering training that will support the membership

You’ll be working with an award-winning Association, full of trade association professionals.

The person(s)

Above all, you’ll be an excellent communicator. These are outward-facing roles with clear deliverables, and require people who are willing to both self-motivate, self-organise and drive quality standards.

We need bright, focused individuals, dedicated to building lasting relationships with their colleagues and members.

You need pest control experience in a variety of settings, ideally at both small and large companies. A minimum Level 2 qualification in pest management is required.

 This posts will be field based, with extensive travel across the UK and regular overnights away from home.
