We’re looking for a hardworking, motivated Pest Control Technician who wants to grow their career and take on new skills as the business develops. This role suits someone independent, confident and driven by earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Attend domestic and commercial jobs across our coverage areas
• Carry out treatments, surveys and risk assessments
• Complete accurate job notes, reports and customer updates
• Work independently and manage your daily workload
• Communicate clearly with customers and the team
• Maintain safe working practices, PPE and ladder use
• Work fully compliant with industry legislation and company procedures
• Use a fully stocked company vehicle and equipment
• Access support from senior technicians and the office team when needed
• Work comfortably and safely from height when required.

What We’re Looking For

• RSPH Level 2 (with ongoing CPD or training)
• Good communicator
• Motivated, reliable and keen to progress
• Independent worker with strong self‑drive
• Someone who takes pride in their work and represents the brand professionally
• Comfortable working from height and following ladder safety procedures
• Full UK licence (clean or up to 3 minor points)
• Able to pass DBS vetting
• Comfortable with overtime or weekend work when needed (always optional)
• Commission‑driven and encouraged to earn more, with typical monthly commission averaging £500–£800.

• £27,500 salary + commission
• Commission structure encouraged, with average monthly earnings of £500–£800
