Pest Control Technician – North West London / Greater London

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) + London weighting
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Safeguard Pest Control is looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team covering North West London and the wider Greater London area.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in protecting our customers’ homes, businesses, and reputations. You’ll carry out inspections, deliver tailored treatment programmes, and provide exceptional service every time. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial, residential, and government properties for pest activity
• Deliver treatment programmes and carry out minor proofing works
• Complete accurate reports on findings, treatments, and recommendations
• Identify and promote opportunities for additional services
• Attend regular training sessions to maintain and develop knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Full, valid UK driving licence
• RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (preferred but not essential – training provided)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in dealing with customers at all levels
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and reliable
• Physically fit and able to work in varied environments
• An interest in pest behaviour and control methods.
