We are seeking a experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will have a RSPH Level 2 in pest management and be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
• Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
• Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products in a safe and effective manner
• Seal off entry points to prevent pests from entering the property
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest control.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
• Familiarity with pest control products and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans to customers.
