Barrettine hit the ground running with new product launches for 2024

PRESS RELEASE

As we start the new year, BPCA member Barrettine are giving pest controllers a look at some new, innovative products in the market.

Barrettine’s new MoBe Ant and Roach insecticide gel baits are available now, and achieve effective control by exploiting the natural habits of these crawling insects.

To complement these, they also have pre-baited stations that are a great tool to leave with customers for any remaining critters that appear after treatment, saving you the expense and time revisiting the client.

These products join the current line up in insect control, such as Flymax ULV which was launched in 2023.

This insecticide free, innovative formula is perfect for more sensitive areas and provides rapid insect knockdown against flies, moths and crawling insects.

Flymax ULV can be used in lofts, homes, agricultural buildings in and around domestic properties, public and municipal areas, refuse tips, poultry houses, slaughterhouses and manure heaps.

And looking ahead, soon to be released is Barrettine’s new Knockout Max Disinfectant; a powerful, all purpose formula that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including Covid-19.

This ready-to-use formulation requires no dilution and contains no colours or perfumes to taint surfaces. The new Knockout Max Disinfectant performs beyond the required standards killing bacteria and viruses including:

  • Bactericida
  • Yeasticidal
  • Bactericidal + Yeasticidal
  • Fungicidal
  • Full Virucidal + SARS-CoV 2
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria
  • Campylobactor.

When it comes to crop protection, Barrettine has it covered.

CropProtect is the latest addition to the Barrettine family of Grain Hygiene products. This concentrated product is capable of treating one tonne of grain with just 10ml (diluted in one litre of water), providing long-lasting protection for up to a year.

CropProtect is designed to be applied to the interior of grain storage facilities to eliminate any pests remaining from previous issues or applied directly to the grain post-harvesting to ensure long-lasting defence against infestation.

Thanks to its synergised formulation of deltamethrin and piperonyl butoxide, CropProtect can eliminate and deter common grain pests such as grain weevils, saw-toothed grain beetles, flour beetles and grain borers.

Additionally, flying pests such as warehouse and grain moths are effectively controlled.

Join Barrettine on stand 1 at PestEx, on 13-14 March 2024 at ExCeL, London.
