Pestokill acquires North London Pest Control outfit

BPCA Member Pestokill has bought North London-based Xpel for an undisclosed sum. Xpel was established in 2002 and has a considerable client base and a solid service reputation built up by Bryan McCance on similar family values that have been the foundation of Pestokill's service and growth over the last 30 years.

The staff are being transferred under the Pestokill umbrella and gives the enlarged company an office based in London which provides a regional communication Hub for Clients and Staff.

Pestokill Managing Director Dave Clements said, "We are confident that this regional hub will ultimately provide greater support to our Clients based in London and provide the teams with the support and commitment which we enjoy in other regions of the UK."
