TrustMark appoints new Chief Operating Officer

TrustMark, the UK’s only Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in and around the home, announces the appointment of Charlotte Carter as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly established role in the organisation.

Charlotte joins TrustMark after 13 years at Checkatrade, with her most recent role as Operations Director.

She is a strategic and results-orientated Operations Leader with over 10 years of executive level success, recognised for driving profitability and operational transformation at scale.

Charlotte also has a proven record in establishing high-performing teams, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and driving growth through innovation and strategic execution, aligning well with TrustMark’s vision for the future. 

Simon Ayers MBE, Chief Executive Officer of TrustMark, says: “I would like to warmly welcome Charlotte to TrustMark.
