The Explore AI: Use AI to drive your business’s growth webinar series, delivered by the Department for Business and Trade’s Business Academy, is aimed at business owners and leaders who want to understand how AI can support growth without creating extra work or frustrating customers.

The expert-led sessions focus on real-world business applications, including marketing, sales and content creation, with clear examples of how AI can reduce repetitive tasks and improve customer experience.

Choose from a range of online webinars covering topics such as:

Each session lasts one hour and includes live Q&A, with recordings available for up to four weeks after the event.

Scott Johnstone, BPCA Technology Manager, said:

“AI should enhance customer experiences and reduce your workload, not create more admin or add friction. These sessions are a great way for pest management businesses to explore AI responsibly and see where it can genuinely help them grow.”

The sessions are free to attend and form part of the Business Academy support programme, making them a valuable CPD option for pest management business leaders and SMEs looking to work smarter, not harder.
