Declaration

You confirm that the criteria for full membership including insurances, CPD and qualifications are met* and that our Codes of Best Practice (which as a minimum require compliance with the relevant statutory legislation), the BPCA Code of Conduct, the Trustmark Code of Conduct and Customer Charter (servicing members only), and the BPCA Articles and Rules are adhered to at all times.

Criteria checks are periodically undertaken, meaning it is important that your membership data is up-to-date at all times.  This can be updated online here.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are based on UK turnover, which is to be declared at the time of application and, after that, within the annual returns.  

Turnover includes SERVICES – including general pest control, bird control and proofing, fly screening, EFK maintenance, consultancy, pest control training and fumigation (space and soil), and PRODUCT – sales of pesticides, including online sales (ready-to-use, concentrate formulations and raw materials, fumigant gases) and related pest control equipment.
