Environ Property Services is a fast growing business based in plush Parsons Green and, due to business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pest Control Surveyor.

Summary of Position:

The purpose of the Pest control surveyor at Environ Pest Control is to successfully grow new
business and develop/strengthen relationship with existing clients.
The Pest Control Surveyor successfully works towards revenue sales targets in a business
development environment, targeting new business or up-selling our services to existing clients.
The role involves organising your own diary, visiting current clients and prospective clients to carry
out surveys to do with their pest control issues or prevention of pest control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Geographical organisation of the workload. Responsible for planning your own day to day
and working in designated areas of London depending on the day.
- To chase all outstanding quotes (in the office or remotely).
- Identify areas for up-sales with existing clients
- Surveying existing and new client’s premises to reduce pest infestations.
- You will acquire a good sales pipeline to deliver required business targets that will be set.
- Provide Account Management support to build business portfolio.

Licenses and certifications:
- High School Diploma or higher qualification
- BPCA level 2 or RSPH or equivalent experience
- Full and clean driving license

Skills:
- Previous customer service and sales experience is essential
- To be thorough and pay attention to details
- To be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and using your own initiative
- Patience and proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- To be able to carry out tasks on a computer or hand-held device
