Held each year, and organised by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), PestWorld is the largest and most international gathering in the pest controller’s calendar, regularly attracting over 4,000 delegates from over 50 different countries.

It provides an ideal opportunity to experience the scale of the industry on a global basis, to meet pest professionals from around the world, establish new contacts and network with industry colleagues.

Entertainment and keynote general sessions

PestWorld gets off with a bang with the opening event, sponsored by Envu, on the afternoon of Tuesday 21 October. After the opening welcome addresses, Derek's Yacht Rock Band will transport attendees to their own personal paradise by performing classic yacht rock covers.

At the general session on Wednesday 22 October, four-time Olympian and three-time world championship medallist Chaunté Lowe will deliver the keynote address sponsored by Corteva AgriScience.

Lowe, who holds both indoor and outdoor women's high jump American records, will share her powerful story of conquering insurmountable odds, including her triumphant battle against breast cancer.

Lowe's story of determination and resilience perfectly aligns with the values that define the pest management industry.

Her journey from childhood dreams to Olympic glory, combined with her courage in facing life's greatest challenges, will inspire attendees to reach new heights in their own careers and businesses.

On the third day, Elatia Abate, entrepreneur and Forbes-recognized leading female futurist is the keynote speaker at the general session sponsored by Syngenta.

Currently serving as Futurist in Residence for Paylocity, Abate is a globally recognised expert on the futures of work and strategy, with a mission to revolutionise leadership to empower humanity in the Age of AI.

As the pest management industry continues to evolve with technology and innovation, Abate's insights into AI and the future of work will prove invaluable for industry professionals.

Her expertise will help members understand how to navigate and leverage emerging technologies to build stronger, more efficient businesses.

Concurrent technical and educational sessions

After each general session, delegates can choose from a multitude of nearly 70 concurrent technical, educational and management presentations, covering virtually every technical topic and pest likely to be encountered by a professional pest controller.

For managers, there is a unique series of sessions covering such issues as revenue streams, relationship building, career paths and, very topically, digital marketing, cyber security threats and the use of AI.

Full details of all the sessions can be explored on the PestWorld website

For international delegates

There is plenty specifically designed for international delegates. This includes, for those attending for the first time, a specific welcome and orientation session on Tuesday, the first day, before events start to swing into action.

The international reception on Wednesday night, once again sponsored by Rollins, is a great place to catch up with all those from overseas.

On Thursday afternoon, the Global Pest Management Coalition is holding an open meeting. All international delegates are most welcome. Come along and find out what this group has been working on.

The event finishes on Friday evening with the PestFest closing party. With local bands and fun activities, it is an ideal opportunity to let your hair down and say farewell to colleagues and new friends made.

Exhibition and early registration

The exhibition is always at the heart of PestWorld events and will feature over 250 exhibitor stands, not only from the US but also from Europe and Asia.

Here delegates could catch-up on all the new developments and products.

Special registration rates are offered to international delegates with the added bonus of early bird discounts for bookings made by 5 September 2025.

In addition, NPMA has secured a discounted hotel room rate at the Marriott Orlando World Center for reservations made before 26 September.

Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodation early as rooms are expected to fill quickly.

Registration and hotel details are on the PestWorld website. The site will also include the event programme and exhibition information, which will be regularly updated, as plans are finalised.
