Bradshaw and Bennett protect your business with the following cover as standard:

Public and products liability

  • £5 million worth of cover to protect your business in the event of a claim made against you for property damage or injury as a result of your business activities.
  • Higher limits are available. No excess applies.
  • Cover includes financial loss £500,000.

Professional indemnity

Protects you if a client makes a claim against you for the work you have carried out for them. They provide £500,000 of cover.

Legal expenses

Covers you against the cost of making or defending a legal action, whether in court or not. Our legal expenses insurance includes free legal helplines and is up to a limit of £100,000.

BPCA members receive the following additional benefits at no extra cost:

  • Financial loss £1,000,000
  • Professional Indemnity £1,000,000
  • Tools cover £1,000 (£250 excess)
