PestWorld early bird registration ends soon

EVENTS

If you are one of the many international delegates planning to attend PestWorld 2025 organised by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and have not yet registered – don’t delay.

The discounted early bird registration rate ends on 5 September 2025 for this event to be held at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, Florida, USA between 21-24 October 2025.

Special PestWorld room rates at the event hotel end on 26 September 2025. Arrangements at favourable rates have also been organised at nearby hotels and a free-of-charge shuttle bus will run to the Orlando World Centre

Registration and all hotel bookings can be made from the PestWorld website at www.pestworld2025.org. Full programme details are also shown on the website covering all the general and concurrent sessions.

All those attending are encouraged to download the dedicated conference app which not only details the conference programme, the exhibitors and also an attendee directory. This is available from the Apple App store or the Google Play store.

Held each year, and organised by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), PestWorld is the largest and most international gathering in the pest controller’s calendar regularly attracting over 4,000 delegates from over 50 different countries.

There will be plenty of opportunities to share knowledge, hear different perspectives on business trends, find out about the latest technical research and explore new products with over 200 exhibitors in the exhibition hall.

For international delegates

Not only can international delegates attend all the plenary and concurrent sessions, but also the events specifically designed for them. These include, for those attending for the first time, a specific welcome and orientation session on the first day, before events start to swing into action.

A highlight is the international reception on Wednesday night, once again sponsored by Orkin. This is always a very sociable event and a great place to catch up with all those from overseas.

On Thursday afternoon, the Global Pest Management Coalition is holding an open meeting. All international delegates are most welcome. Come along and find out what this group has been working on.

The event finishes on Friday evening with the PestFest closing party. With local bands and fun activities, it is an ideal opportunity to let your hair down and say farewell to colleagues and new friends made.

Full details of all the sessions can be explored on the PestWorld website
