Dealey Environmental acquires MIDS Pest Control

PRESS RELEASE

BPCA member company Dealey Environmental has acquired the commercial assets of MIDS Pest Control, an established Hertfordshire-based business.

Dealey aquires Mids pest control BPCA

Managing Director Martin Cobbald explains that they chose to include MIDS as another feather in their cap “broadening the reach of our environmentally responsible approach continues to be a goal of ours, and we hope to make similar acquisitions to further spread the cause in the very near future.”

Martin continued:

“We have been very lucky to have been working with Steve Middleton on the handover of assets.

“With the transfer well underway, there will be minimal disruption to clients, only a new set of faces to introduce.

“Sites in the A1 corridor will be superbly equipped and educated on pest control, continuing to enjoy the very high degree of professionalism.

“Although this is the newest venture, it certainly won’t be the last”.
