This groundbreaking initiative is set to transform the company's operations by automating the generation of essential service reports, significantly increasing efficiency and enhancing quality assurance throughout its operations.

As Asia’s first publicly listed pest control company, Exterminators PLC continues to lead the industry through digital transformation. The new system streamlines the creation of critical documentation, including:

  • Automated service reports
  • Point-based integrated pest management audit reports (IPM)
  • Food safety and sanitation audit reports
  • Pest risk assessment reports and detailed pest logs.

By leveraging advanced data analytics, the AI technology assesses specific pest management needs to provide proactive, tailored solutions.

This transition not only reduces manual labour and human error but also ensures that clients receive precise, data-driven insights to protect their businesses and brand reputations.

“The AI-powered Report Factory represents a significant leap forward in our operational management,” said Marlon Ferreira, Managing Director of Exterminators PLC.

“By automating these processes, our team can focus on delivering exceptional service and providing the critical recommendations necessary to mitigate pest risks, especially for the food manufacturing and processing industry, hotels, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, food retail stores, and more."

In a move to elevate industry standards beyond their own operations, Ferreira stated that Exterminators PLC will share this proprietary technology with pest control companies in Asia and beyond.

Furthermore, within Sri Lanka, the company intends to offer the technology to other field service sectors, such as janitorial and plumbing industries, to help SMEs overcome reporting challenges.

This launch reinforces Exterminators PLC’s commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability.

With a record of 71 national and international awards and a robust portfolio of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000), the company remains at the forefront of the regional pest management landscape.

The company is dedicated to utilising cutting-edge technology to ensure safer environments for homes and businesses.
