Which? endorsement discounts with your BPCA membership

Which? and BPCA have a lot in common. We're both not-for-profit organisations, and we both help advise consumers on how to employ the services of trusted tradespeople.

It's only natural that we'd both team up to make sure our consumers are being recommended BPCA members.

Which offer for BPCA members

Similar to BPCA, Which? offers a free referral tool to end-users looking for tradespeople such as pest controllers.

Which? check things like insurances, paperwork and ensure that your consumer-facing element is fully compliant with best practice and consumer law.

The Which? "health check" is by no means comparable to stringent EN16636 audit, desktop audit, training and CPD requirements all BPCA Servicing members need to go through. However, this does mean BPCA members are more than qualified to be a Which? Trusted Trader, if they so choose.

What do you get with Which?

  • Display the endorsement icon alongside your own business logo
  • Your own business profile featured on the Which? Trusted Traders website
  • A dedicated account manager to help you make the most of your endorsement and offer advice should you need it
  • Regular updates to help you stay on top of any legislative or regulation changes
  • Access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service to help resolve any customer disputes
  • A subscription to the Which? Magazine.

Exclusive BPCA offer

As BPCA and Which? Trusted Traders are in partnership, they can offer you a 50% discount on your first six months of being a Which? Trusted Trader.

The application fee starts from £200 + VAT to get assessed for businesses with less than 19 employees.

To find out more, please call Which? on 0117 456 6032 and quote PA-LEAF. Lines are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can request a call back via their website:
