Pre-register for PestEx for a chance to win a Meta Quest 3

EVENTS

Anyone who pre-registers to attend PestEx in March will be entered into a prize draw to win a BRAND NEW Meta Quest 3 VR headset.

What: PestEx 2024
When: 13-14 March 2024

Where: ExCeL, London

REGISTER

Each year BPCA offers an incentive for pre-registering to attend PestEx; in the past we’ve done driving games, splat the rat, resistance wars, wheel of fortune, vouchers and raffles with the exhibitors.

This year we’re looking to the future and we’ve gone big: we’re giving away a Meta Quest 3 mixed reality VR headset!

To many people this might not mean much, so we spoke to Harrison Ditheridge (BPCA’s Tech and AI geek) to find out more.

PPC: What the heck is a Meta Quest 3?

Harrison: It's a brand new VR headset, released at the end of 2023 and is worth nearly £500.

PPC: And what does it do?

Harrison: The latest Meta Quest 3 headset uses breakthrough mixed reality to provide new immersive video game experiences. In simple terms, it's a VR headset but it's a new generation of VR.

It's the most powerful Quest headset so far, and has a library of 500+ games and experiences.

PPC: Can anyone use it?

Harrison: It's recommended by many VR headset manufacturers that only those aged 12+ should use virtual reality headsets. But since the average age of PestEx attendees is higher than 12 years-old, you should all be fine!

PPC: How do I win?

Harrison: Simply register to attend the event before Friday 1 March and then attend PestEx to be entered into the prize draw.

After the show we’ll draw a winner and the lucky person will be notified by email before we announce it across our social platforms!
