With Bayley joining the business 12 months ago and Shahzab three months ago, the roles are their first introduction to the world of pest control.

They act as the first point of contact for John O'Conner's pest control customers, taking a high level of calls, scheduling daily jobs for the pest technicians via the in-house software, taking payments from customers whilst balancing their college work.

To help them deliver the best service to customers, both Bayley and Shahzab have undertaken a Pest Awareness course which has enabled them to understand and identify the needs of clients.

Both Bayley and Shahzab have taken to pest control well and say they love how diverse the job is, with a new challenge every day. They’ve embraced the values and culture of John O'Conner and are looking forward to a long career with the business.
