It is important that when we receive complaints, we have all of the details that allow us to investigate any complaint fully and effectively.
Without the complete details it is much more difficult for us to be able to assist you. Please complete this form with as much detail as possible which will ensure the best possible outcome.
Any supporting evidence should be supplied with this form. If you have any technical issues, please get in touch with the office on 01332 294 288.
You can read our complaints procedure here.
Before completing this form, please ensure you read our complaint information and check to see whether a company is a BPCA member with our check-a-member tool.
Please enter a value for 'Who are you complaining about?* Include the company name and address'
Please enter a value for 'Have you taken this complaint initially to the member?* If yes, what happened? If no, why?'
Please provide copies of anything that will support your complaint. This may include:
- Reports
- Invoices
- Emails
- Other communications
- Photographs.
Please enter a value for 'How can the BPCA assist you in resolving this issue?*'
Note: British Pest Control Association does not have the authority to order a refund or part refund by the member, irrespective of the outcome of the complaint, particularly if further services have subsequently been purchased from another company. All BPCA members need to be given the opportunity to put right anything that may have gone wrong. Without this opportunity being given, we may not be able to assist you in the resolution.
Citizens Advice, Trading Standards or Consumer Direct can advise you on your consumer rights regarding a refund. Only a court of law has the authority to order any action or payment in connection with a complaint. However, a genuine effort will be made to deal with your problem and achieve a satisfactory solution so that legal proceedings can be avoided.
Finally, we require your permission to share this information with the member company in question. Please tell us if there is anything you would NOT like us to share with them.
