Following what Beaver describe as "remarkable" 2022-23 Business Growth Indicator (BGI) results, the whole team were rewarded with what they have been calling 'BGI prize outings'.

The outings began in 2018, with an inaugural day at the races which was a great success. Since then, the BGI outings have continued to be successful, with many fond memories formed.

In 2023, as the company has grown so much, the team were all given a choice of what outing they wanted to attend:

  • A thrilling day at the races at Sandown Park
  • Go Karting excitement
  • An evening of theater accompanied by a delightful meal.

Business Growth Indicators are key targets across the business that the team are all responsible for achieving, to ensure the business growth remains on track.

Beaver have 13 targets in total and they include things like revenue generation, customer happiness, staff retention and CPD points.

Natasha Kulinski, Beaver Marketing Manager, said, "Judging by the enthusiastic feedback, it’s evident that everyone thoroughly enjoyed their chosen experiences, making it an unforgettable time for all.

"We believe rewarding the whole team for hard work and success is incredibly important, and it makes us all feel valued for the work we do."
